Have you looked into the inverse square law? There is a reason why they tell you to get to the most interior part of the house or a large building. If you treat the solid exterior walls as a linear source if you can get 10 feet from the outside, then radiation should be 1/100th of what it is outdoors. Assuming uniform fallout intensity, concentration, deposition, house geometry. and that the house isn't contaminated with fallout.
