I went in Thursday at 10:45. He used some device that sounded a felt like a leprechaun jackhammer to move the fibula. The pain reduced dramatically yesterday and I am almost pain-free today.

A Pleasant Surprise
I have long regarded choropractery as dubious because of its quack origins. I have been having some left knee pain, off and on, for several weeks. My shoes when they break down have this effect but the shoes are definitely not broken down. My massage therapist was working on the knee Wednesday and she opined that the fibula needed adjusting. (She works out of a chiropractic office.)
