Mercenary Perhaps But Still Gutsy

3/2/22 Jerusalem Post reports a Russian businessman has offereda million dollar bounty for military to arrest Putin for war crimes.

I am guessing sanctions are really beginning to hurt the oligarchs but this is still pretty gutsy.
