 3/15/22 Washington Post:

Like Little, Wiedrich pleaded guilty to a petty offense of illegal parading, punishable by no more than six months of incarceration.

What distinguishes parading from free speech?

    Without looking, my guess is either "the street v.s. the sidewalk" or "blocking traffic v.s standing out of the way".
