Our Old House Closes July 16

Like every house that I have owned, there are a lot of good memories associated with it.  Unlike previous houses, I have no strongly negative memories.  Some bad things happened while I lived there (two heart attacks, a stroke, and the layoff by HP), but none of those were associated with the house.  I am going to miss it.  But sometime in late July, after the money ends up in checking, we will have a housewarming/mortgage burning party.

Funds not available until the 22nd.  The buyer's has a VA loan.
