If I Were a White Supremacist, I Could Not Make Up Anything Better

Campus Reform points to this curriculum from a "Witnessing Whiteness" class at the University of Colorado:
Facilitator’s Note: It is suggested that each small group include a facilitator or someone who is relatively advanced in their thinking on these issues. Facilitators should help pull out some of the following themes as they brainstorm with their groups: individualism, consumerism, meritocracy as an ideal, superficiality, competition, ambition, productivity, extreme exploitation of labor/resources for profit, etc.
"Meritocracy as an ideal"?  You mean non-whites regard mediocrity as an ideal, or at least regard competence as not valuable?

"Productivity"?  I guess going back to primitive living conditions is better?

Why do the voters of Colorado fund this trash?

  1. Bonus question: What kind of job opportunities are available to a person with a "UCCS's Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Social Justice, and Inclusion"?

It would seem to me that hiring someone with a such a certificate would be an invitation to be sued by your employee.
