Indeed here is California's motion before the 9th Circuit seeking a stay. It has not been granted yet. I would be surprised if the 9th Circuit does not grant the stay. Order your ammo next day delivery. Or jump on the Interstate to Reno or Las Vegas and buy a couple cases. I am sure the gangs have been doing this illegally for a couple years.
