My son-in-law was making reservations at a hotel room in Preston, Idaho, and had the following appear on the reservation web page:

From now on, when I'm checking into a hotel in Preston, I'm going to make sure I'm not next door to a room with hundreds of babies in it.

8-bit signed infant count... it is necessary to sacrifice an infant in order to obtain a reservation.
ReplyDeleteUh, no, 8-bit unsigned infant count. An 8-bit signed infant count would be max. 127, min. -128. And that's a place where a signed count doesn't make much sense!
