You can see the steel plate held to the bed. Two 8-32 bolts hold the table to the plate. It is stable enough that it really does not need the hold downs. I am just cautious. The disc is held internally by a chuck on the rotary table.

Two 8'32 screws is a little marginal for that, I would think. Unfortunately, this may only be confirmed with a loss of position control while machining, typically. THAT is damaging to parts and tooling.
