Life is Good
I went down to the gym today, and to buy aluminum tubing for a mass production run for ScopeRoller. On the way I stopped at the Horseshoe Bend Library to return several books that had been InterLibrary Loaned about machine tool history. As I drove back home in the Jaguar, enjoying the wind blowing through the sunroof into my hair, listening to 1960s music, with beauty of the clouds over the mountains, I found myself saying "Life is good."

It's moments like these, yes sir.
ReplyDeleteWe are getting a bit of rain from the hurricane coming up the coast, even though we are out of the path. I went to the range first thing this morning to make sure that my rifle running properly after some adjustments. Being early morning and a rain day, no one was at the range.
I had one of those moments where I appreciated everything. The rain falling on the roof, the sounds of the birds around the range, the cool breeze. I feel that I'm always busy between work and home so it was nice to be able to take a little bit to just relax and take it all in.
