The cops get a pass on this, since the gas wasn't evident at the time.
Not so in the Osceola FL gas station incident, about 5 months ago. That bike rider may still be in hospital. May have died, as he had 75%+ burns. Cop was charged for stupidity. Knocked him and bike down, then tased him. Station burned, cops injured. Not the first time tasers have set people on fire, or death resulted. Tasers have killed people in a number of different ways. Not a hazard free tool for the police to use.
