Another Bruen Slamdunk

 Hardaway v. Nigrelli (W.D.N.Y. 2022) ruled that New York's ban on concealed carry in places of worship violates the Second Amendment.  They point out that the tradition of such regulations before the Second Amendment is to require guns at church, not prohibit them.  Then, it was to deal with Indian or slave attack.  Now it is to protect from white supremacist attack.  Clearly, New York State is an example of systemic racism.
