In Atlanta, they identified 242 persons in Atlanta where 242 persons averaged 24 ballot drop box visits, and five non-profits. It makes sense that you might drop your own ballot at a drop box. Maybe for a family member. But 24 drop boxes?
Also interesting use of the data to identify which cellphones were present at a gang shooting that led to a child's death and then indictment.
