Slightly Discouraging Reminder of What Kids Are Not Learning
At Dickey's BBQ, there is a picture obviously taken at an event they catered in the Stone Age. I asked the gal behind the register if many people ask who the guy 2nd from the left is. She said "Ronald Reagan, who used to be President. A customer told me a few months ago."

Discouraging indeed, but all too common, as you know. The number of "man in the street" videos on YouTube in which people are stumped by questions that realistically it shouldn't be possible for them to not know, is legion.
