I Think He Can Afford the 6% Broker's Commission
This article at realtor.com tells us that Elon Musk is selling his home in Hillsborough for just under $32 million. Apparently he is using a realtor this time instead of for sale by owner. Look, you do not get rich by wasting money but I am sure the time he would spend negotiating a sale could be better spent, like figuring out how to get the price of the Tesla Model below $30,000.

Elon, buddy, What would be the price today that would make the Tesla as affordable as a $500 Ford Model T (Particularly when you used the same model name) 100 years ago.
ReplyDeleteStrive for that price point, sans subsidy. Why should the poor folk who can't afford your car pay any part of the purchase price? Even Ol' Henry himself wasn't that shameless.
