Time to Make a Comprehensive List

Some years back,  the Skeptical Inquirer would gather famous psychics' predictions for the following year at the end of that year.  Will you be surprised that the psychic predictions were almost never even close to right?

Instapundit has links to several AGW "the sky is falling,  we have only four years left" predictions, all of them major disasters at futurology.  It would be a very useful resource for students being brainwashed about this subject in all grades to have a really large collection of these predictions as well as the "coming Ice Age" stories that were all the rage in the 1970s.  Let's work together to create a list of such stories and I will create a web page littered with keywords to attract both skeptical students and  those who have been led astray.
