Here's a still working direct link. So before Trump started speaking! That article includes video showing rioters arriving at the Capitol at 12:49. That's a half hour walk, and Trump spoke until 1:11.
UPDATE: I am told Proud Boys denies that was them in the picture. Whoever it was, the rioters were ready before Trump spoke.
