Mexican Standoff Failure?

The news account did not have names so I decided to put in pseudonyms.

A very complex incident.  One Chippewa warrior (“A”) murders another Chippewa (“B”).  A few days later, B’s squaw (“C”) sees A. and shoots A.  A’s brother (“D”) shoots C.  C’s brother (“E”) kills D.
