I am told by a nurse that this many surgeries in four weeks is causing this overwhelming exhaustion. Worse, my ability to speak is declining. 12 hours of sleep per day; I keep waiting to feel recovered. This morning, I can talk, Still tired,
I had two major surgeries in a two month span: neck vertebrae fusion and then bypass surgery. That was two 1/2 years ago and I'm still not over it and may never be. Still tire way too easily. Oh, and I'm 58.
Used to wonder at my Civil War history books saying "General So & So tried to come back but his injuries never fully healed and he had to resign." I understand now...
