1. What is the alloy of a beer can? Is it strong enough for this purpose? 2. Shooting over water like that is very dangerous. The lethal if not accurate range for a .223 bullet must be over a mile. He violated one of the prime rules of firearm safety. Who knows where the ricochets went. 3. That shell casing was way under spec. He could have had a catastrophic failure and dangerous gas release. He was both stupid and lucky. 4. Finally, Clayton, I think you posted this because you have a bad case of machine shop envy.🤑
