When I'm Not Doing Legal Research

This is the mill drilling pilot holes with a precision that they really don't need.


The movement you see is me holding my phone.

And while the mill gets all the attention, I use a Sherline lathe too.  Here I am turning down a nominal .875" aluminum rod to .787" for one of ScopeRoller's other products. I am thrilled to report the two ends are only .001" different in diameter.  Wide view:
