NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund pays for some of my research. I received a check from them a few days back, and deposited it on September 13th. The check was returned for being postdated. The date on the check is September 9th. How could a check at least four days old be postdated?
So I called my credit union and they tell me the Federal Reserve decided that it was postdated and refused to process it.
This just gets weirder and weirder.
Maybe the Fed thinks it's dated after the NRA ran out of money... (Also, check the year. I had one recently erroneously dated 2001 instead of 2021.)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely 2021. NRA bankruptcy had nothing to do with money.
