Suggestion: Build it first out of cardboard, hot glue and, if necessary, wood strips to stiffen it up. You can also experiment that way and keep the cost down. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteIf you have any race shops in your area, there is probably sheet metal people there. After that, I would ask at some HVAC shops.

ReplyDeleteDO NOT discuss this idea, or any attributes of the assembly, on the web or using email. Email is mined by the Chinese looking to steal, or at least get a jump on anyone who would be working on the subject. Might as well post it in a newspaper if you aren't paying attention to security of your idea.
