And Sheryl ended this really sobering conversation by saying that women will have no empathy for you, because they will be under tremendous pressure — and I'm talking principally about white women — they will be under tremendous pressure from fathers and husbands and boyfriends and male employers not to vote for "the girl."Curiously, I think that was one of the arguments against giving women the vote: they were going to vote the way their husbands told them to vote. In any case, Hillary clearly does not think women are strong enough to vote the way they want even in the privacy of the voting booth.

I would have voted for Carly Fiorina or Meg Whitman over Hilary Clinton any day of the week. I don't judge on the basis of the color of one's skin, but on the color of one's politics. I don't judge on the basis of gender (sex), but on the basis of values and beliefs.
ReplyDeleteIt's against my religion to knowingly vote for a felon, indicted or not.
And lest anyone object to my conclusory statement here, I am not an agent of the state, I am not obligated to refrain from making statements of guilt or innocence before that issue is adjudicated in a court of law.
