Radio Free Albemuth
This is the film version of Philip K. Dick's last novel. My wife wasn't thrilled with it. I found it interesting, even if it seems like much of it is Dick's attempt to put a positive spin on paranoia, and drug abuse. You could easily see see the first 2/3 of the film as the story of a young man spinning into a paranoid schizophrenic breakdown, until you find out the aliens really are transmitting signals to his brain.
