Physical Therapy Limits
The State of Idaho's health insurance plan limits physical therapy to 20 visits per plan year, even post-stroke therapy. The physical therapists have accommodated by scheduling fewer but longer visits to stay within that limit. Of course, if I need more, I'll gladly pay for them out of pocket. You don't tend to think of this limit when you are lookiug at insurance plans.

Make sure you ask your therapists what their cash price would be. My wife has an on-going issue where she regularly goes over the regular limit on visits on our insurace plan. Her therapists cash prices were quite reasonable.
