How Stupid Do They Think We Are?

A few years back, environmentalists were claiming chlorine was shrinking penises across all species: a transparent attempt to manipulate what they clearly think is conservative men's greatest concern.  Now:

    How true!! Cannot all of us observe how little sex there is in Rio, tropical Africa, etc.?? Once again Orwell said it many years ago--"There are some propositions so stupid that they could only be advanced by an intellectual,"
