These Are All Tragedies

 But so many like this that scream postpartum depression are especially depressing.  If your wife has just given birth, be aware of this very often serious potential side effect.

01/19/1917: Mother shot her five children to death including an infant, then herself.  Her suicide note accused her husband of infidelity.  Neighbors and friends “declared that they knew of no grounds for the charges…  They added that Mrs. Crozier had been acting strangely of late, and recently chased a neighbor woman with a butcher-knife.”
