Pennsylvania Decapitalizes Robbery, Burglary, Sodomy and Buggery

In 1790 they reduced these from capital crimes to forfeiture of all property and ten years at hard labor.

    For a long time I thought buggering was just British slang. Had no idea it was a legal term.
