King Arthur has a nice GF muffin mix. They have instructions for adding blueberries or walnuts or whatever. I quite like using the mix with blueberries.
While I'm saving up for the bread maker, I've had more luck with muffins and cakes. Some mixes - mostly King Arthur - some scratch.
