If You Found "Seattle is Dying" Disturbing...
"Vancouver is Dying" is worse. They city, provincial, and national government decided that opoid addiction was untreatable so the right solution was buying heroin and fentanyl from pharmaceutical companies and giving it away in vending machines, not enforcing possession laws, defunding Vancouver PD, and allowing tent cities that look similar to Los Angeles and San Francisco.
