I called Best Buy. Geek Squad will upgrade to Windows 10 using my product keys for $100 each. That's an obvious solution. Doing full backups on both PCs.
Don't trust Geek Squad. A significant fraction of them are incompetent and/or careless. They screw up a significant portion of the machines they work on.
