Public 89-719 is here. It was passed in 1966. Its title is "CONSENT OF UNITED STATES
TO BE SUED IN ACTIONS AFFECTING
PROPERTY IN WHICH IT HAS A LIEN OR
INTEREST" This was trivial to check. I am fast reaching the point where it is so trivial to fact check stuff on the Internet that anyone fooled by this sovereign citizen stuff wants to be fooled.
