Windows 10 Task Scheduler

I have used Task Scheduler in Windows for some years to automate backup of my files, having it execute a batch file that does an xcopy.  On my wife's PC, running Windows 10, I am having problems.  Trying to set it up to call that batch file, it claims that there is one by that name in place, even though it won't show it or run it.  Lots of discussions of this problem out there, but none of the solution work, so I downloaded something from that seems to do much the same thing.

In windows server 2012 I have had this crop up, and deleting the task in C:\Windows\System32\Tasks seems to help.
