The Toshiba Is Happy

Running Windows 10 a bit faster than Windows 7.  The blank built-in screen issue has resolved itself (not sure how).  The free upgrade was simple and painless (although slow).  Definitely a bit snappier than it was.  How much is Windows10 and how much is a working cooling system isn't clear.
