Why Are The Democrats Seemingly Enemies of Mideast Peace?

Instead of applauding the Abraham Accords worked out by the Trump Administration,  they seem to be working towards a resumption of conflict.  What do they get out of except for Muslim votes? 

It suddenly occurred to me today that if peace broke out, the demand for U.S. arms for both the U.S. and Israel would dwindle.   There are still enough other threats in the world to keep our arms makes busy, but likely a lot fewer.  Eisenhower's military-industrial complex is the Deep State!
