We Had An Offer on the House Yesterday

It was very low: $500,000, but with a ten day escrow (all cash).  Then, the buyers from Washington State apparently realized that it snows in Idaho, and pulled back the offer out of fear of our driveway in winter.  I went up there this morning and I took these pictures.

And why should I sell the house so cheap with views like these?  We can wait for the market to come back.

While they are doing it, just go from Mexico to Canada along the entire eastern border of CA/OR/WA.

It might eliminate some potential buyers but that is not an extreme price to pay to avoid additional polezniye duraki.
