Joe Biden Suddenl Supports the Militia

Or he's just an idiot.  Take your pick.  Splendid Isolation points to this quote:

Biden continued, “So, the idea we’re gonna cut the defense budget significantly, we can cut it some, but we don’t need standing armies, we need to be smarter than we’re dealing now into how we handle this.”

And there's video showing him make a fool of himself.   Splendid Isolation points out that he will not be able to enforce gun bans without a standing army.  Perhaps Biden does not understand the words he uses.  And this is the supposed responsible adult of the Democrats?
