White-painted cup hooks? Clips that stick to the wall and have part that curls over the wire? Little square things you fasten to the wall with a screw, then you loop a zip tie over the wire and through two rectangular slots to hold it in place? Or do you mean something that you can hang a skeined loop of wire to for storage?
I like the small command clips that are sold for Christmas lights.
