For *posting* videos there is Vimeo (https://blogs.techsmith.com/tips-how-tos/youtube-vs-vimeo-whats-the-difference/).
For watching, well, you're stuck with Youtube because that's where the content is.
I bet one could make a interface that played videos from Youtube without presenting the ads and such, but IDK what the legality would be, plus some content isn't embed-able.
