My Therapist Says I Am Recovering Unusually Quickly From This Stroke

I shudder to think what a normal recovery time is like.  My cardiologist said the same thing.

    From my perspective, and not offering medical advice, but you seem to be doing amazingly well!

    Typical recovery is far, far worse than you have experienced. Take it as a blessing.
