I was cutting .4" thick Delrin at .2 inches/min without problems. But .1" at 1 ipm and snap! Fortunately, USA Made end mills are only $11.99 each. I ordered two this time. Amazon promises delivery tomorrow. Unfortunately, they have not mastered "think about it" ordering yet.
Because it broke pretty high on the shank, I was able to reuse the part that broke off.
