Illinois judge ruled that the Illinois law that requires you to have a Firearms Owner ID card (FOID) to possess a firearm in your home
violates the Second Amendment.
The license fee for the FOID is unconstitutional because it requires you to pay a fee to exercise your right to self-defense in your own home.
