Indian Food

We had dinner with our daughter and family at Sahib Fine Indian Dining in Johnson City. I have never had more flavorful Indian food and we had an enormous range of choices in the Bay Area and Boise. The lamb vindaloo exceeded my expectations.  Even some of the vegetarian dishes my granddaughter ordered were impressive to my carnivorous tastes. Along with traditional nans such as garlic, there was a coconut naan which was new to me.
