Granted New England is having a serious blizzard, but the article was about England. And a quick check of the weather over England showed lots of rain, but little snow or ice. Now they could be having a warm front, like us now in Central Texas (it got to 60 today). But it would help if we could find out how much snow fell this winter so far.
