A prominent Antifa activist has been ordered to pay $11,100 in attorney fees to the former president of the Berkeley College Republicans for filing a frivolous restraining order against him.
Troy Worden had been seeking up to $100,000 in damages, arguing that Yvette Felarca had abused the justice system by "filing baseless and vexatious lawsuits" designed to intimidate her political opponents.I will be curious to know if Felarco's trust fund can pay it.
If not, no doubt various lefties will contribute to protect this "anti-fascist."
ReplyDeleteBTW, the article on your site is almost unreadable. I read it on Feedly and it was fine, but on the site, it has dim gray letters against a black background. Probably a cut-and-paste result.
Better?
ReplyDeleteYes, fine now - your normal format.
ReplyDeleteTks
Still looks like a shade of gray to me.
