He is a crass, New York City kind of guy. But the strongest reason was imagining the decisions that Supreme Court Justices Chuck Schumer and Barack Obama would write in U.S. v. 400 Million Guns (2019) and U.S. v. Deplorables Resisting Arrest (2020).
Not to mention U.S. v. Two Guys Buying A Political Ad Together.
