I know it not likely true,but I like to think I was one of the first to torment a cat with a Laser. In 1973 I used a 10mw Neon gas Laser to play with the cat I had then. Dogs also have a fit. Hold the beam steady so the cat can have something to stalk, then run it across the room and up the wall. It's a hoot. Be careful of their eyes.`
