It Must Be Nice To Be Able To Make Up The Law As Convenient

The White House decided to delay employer mandates for yet another year (until 2016), at least for businesses between 50 and 100 full-time employees.  Why did Congress bother passing Obamacare with dates when various steps had to happen?  Why not just be honest and have it say, "whatever date is required to keep delaying bad consequences so that we can keep winning elections?"

    I saw there's another bit in there that's going to affect you. Adjunct instructors will be counted as working 1 hr 15 minutes for each hour instructing.

    That means 15 hours gets you to 'full time' so now you'll only get 12.

    So what happens when an employee of a 70-person firm sure his employer for health insurance, citing the statute?
