There's something I'm missing. Why is the federal government allowed to make a law like this? If health insurance is in your own state, how can they have the authority to tell you what you must provide your employees?

Why is the federal government allowed to make the vast majority of the laws that it makes? It sure isn't the Constitution list of enumerated powers.
